All payments must be made through one of the following methods:
Online payment gateway via RupeeRakshak.com
UPI or NEFT/RTGS bank transfer
Demand Draft (DD) or Cheque in favour of Finmo Investment Advisers Pvt. Ltd.
We operate a SEBI-compliant, fee-only investment advisory model.
Fees are charged for access to advisory services and not linked to investment performance or execution.
Refunds are not provided once payment is received and advisory access begins.
Exceptions may be made in these limited cases:
Duplicate payments
Failed transactions (where payment is debited but access isn’t activated)
Accidental purchase of the wrong plan (reported within 24 hours and no services used)
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Finmo after internal verification.

Requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date.
Valid refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original source account.
Refunds will NOT be processed if:
You have accessed any advisory reports or model baskets
Subscription period has partially or fully lapsed
Services have been availed even once
If you pay via Cheque or Demand Draft:
Services commence only after cheque clearance
Refunds (if any) will be processed via NEFT/IMPS to your registered bank account
If you have a payment dispute, please contact support.
If unresolved within 30 days, you may escalate to SEBI via SCORES at https://scores.gov.in
